its nice to have a single list of supported hardware, i always use't to
print this out and take it along shopping. 

googling for "freebsd supported hardware list" doesent really give
anything usefull,

linux has stuff like http://www.linux-mandrake.com/en/hardware.php3 ...

not that i would have anything to do with an os like that though.

might it be possible to create the compleate list from the individual
man pages? does anybody see a need for a freebsd version of the
mandrake example?
