Using ipfw features such as divert, natd, and fwd with squid.  Applied fix from bug
23187, which took care of that problem.  However, these panics remain.
Two are given below.  netstat -m seems to always show about 25% use
peak/max.  Hardware problems are virtually 100% ruled out, as I have
changed every component of this machine except drive cables, power supply
and drives.
