More accurate, you are running an ISA card on the same IRQ as one or
more devices on the PCI bus. Having multiple devices on the same IRQ on
the PCI bus is not a problem:

  uhci0: <Intel 82371AB/EB USB controller> irq 9 at device 1.2 on pci0
  ohci0: <OPTi 82C861 USB controller> irq 9 at device 9.0 on pci0
