I am having problems getting any PCCARD modem to work properly with =
FreeBSD (4.6-PRERELEASE or 4.5-stable a few days ago).  They all see to =
exhibit the same symptom, they are recognized, and will answer to AT =
commands, but all indicated NO DIALTONE.

 At boot time the Toshiba Portege 3010CT indicates the following:
