Work is currently underway in porting Sun's DTrace to FreeBSD.
This work is well advanced in the P4 repository and snapshots
are available from cvsup10.freebsd.org. Refer to the -current
archives for more details.

I don't know how LTT and DTrace compare or how portable LTT is.

It seems very unlikely that any kernel tracing tool would make
it into ports since tracing a running kernel requires the trace
code to be very carefully integrated into the kernel. This
virtually mandates that much of the tracing framework be part
of the src/sys tree.
