Got it working. Problem was my windows box has a pgm
called tiny firewall that was not letting putty packets out.
Disabled it and putty opened and connected to FBSD box.
Now I end up with a telnet session to my FBSD box.

What I want to do is have a ssh session between my Winbox
and my FBSD server where I can run other pgms
[tn3270 & FTP-pro] through putty. Can I do that?

I personally only change the terminal emulation and other non-critical
options. What release of PuTTy are you using? 0.51?
