To whom it may concern,

First of all I hope I have the correct newsgroup!  My problem is that I
cannot install FreeBSD 2.1 from my Toshiba 8X IDE CD-ROM installed on a
GATEWAY 2000 P5-200.    I have tried to get grips with the "UserConfig"
command but with no luck.   Perhaps this device is not supported under the
current release of FreeBSD.   Anyway, I would appreciate any advice on 
support for this device, if any.
