Flashing the BIOS didn't help.  The only thing I noticed that changed setti=
ngs-wise was the Maximum
PCIe TLP payload.  It used to be locked at 128b and now it is 4096b (and I =
can change it, I think).
But again, that didn't affect the outcome - same old, same old.
