Reading through the mail of the last week, that piled up in my
mailboxen during my absense I can see that a slightly more general
solution to this is being worked on.  This seems broken because there
is not a symlink to porters-handbook at the root of the web server
docs.

Thanks for noticing this and letting the doc people know :)
