We've been using isp-based qlogic FC cards since FreeBSD 6-ish (along
with some mpt-based LSI cards. Overall I'd say the qlogic ones seem to
work best. Currently using QLE-2462 on FreeBSD 9.3. Multipath works well
with this too!
