The current versions of lsof do not know about FreeBSD 3.5, but only
about 3.4 and older, 4.0, 5.0.

I modified the Configure script to test for 3.5* as the result of uname,
leading to the version "350" (same as 3.4* => 340), and added support
to 350 (same as for 340) later in the script.
