 Sorry, I did not notice this problem when I committed the change.

 Renaming JADETEX, TEX, and so on in doc.docbook.mk to something like
 JADETEX_BIN, or renaming JADETEX to WITH_JADETEX in docproj port.
 I personally think renaming the variables in doc.docbook.mk is better
 since there is few people who redefining *TEX in doc.docbook.mk.
 If there is no strong objection, I will work on it.
