Then use cvsbug(1)!

Seriously, we do not support neither CVS nor SSH; we use CVS exclusively
as a mean to let people update their sources and as a development tool
for committers on freefall.

So, the category "bin" in this case doesn't apply.

But if you'd come up with a patch for SSH2, that would be another story.
You send us a "ports" category PR and we use it until the problem is
fixed by the authors in a new version.
