There was a bug in the multi CD code recently fixed in cd.c.  It was
(from memory here...)

> if(cd->dkunit >= 0) {

instead of:

> if(cd->dkunit) {

since cd->dkunit is set to -1 when dk_ndrive > DK_NDRIVE.

With this fixed the code seemed to work well, accessing 7
disks continuously over a 12 hour period.
