I had the same problem. Against 4.3-STABLE, twe_disk.c is a new file.
Don't know what purpose it serves as some of the functions in it are
defined in twe_freebsd.c. I did add it to conf/files but it didn't
build successfully so I tried leaving it out which gave the earlier
error I reported.

I'd try building on your 4.5R box even though twe_disk.c failed.
