No doubt about that one. Besides being amusing, it's actually rather
pathetic as well. For a company like Microsoft to be inventing such lame
excuses *not* to open source code, is beyond belief.

I wonder what the next excuse is going to be - "My Dog ate the source
code", or something along the lines of "Due to the events of Sept 11th, we
will be unable to release the source" ...
