Not directly - there is some glue hardware between such as a driver and
an relais.
In general the design is very simple.
a simple 74ls04 to protect the port and a transistor (BC639) with an resistent
between. Finaly there is an diode to protect the transitor.
Directly may work, but I already had the electronic because I'm switching
some outdoor light with it.
The lights are switched using a mobile house telephone and an i4b solution.
I call my computer and can control it via dial tones.
