This is the real stuff as far as FreeBSD is concerned; this is what we use. So if you guys don't want to have comments, we'll live with it. On the otherhand, I've always liked the ability to look at the log and see what the last change was likely to break. Also, given there is a hefty boilerplate of copyrights and stuff at the head of the file, you don't immediately see code w or w/o the $Log. So why take it out? > files. > (unless they say that you should) > > julian > > On Wed, 21 Jul 1999, Poul-Henning Kamp wrote: > > > phk 1999/07/21 05:51:37 PDT > > > > Modified files: > > sys/coda cnode.h coda_io.h coda_namecache.c > > coda_namecache.h coda_pioctl.h > > coda_psdev.c coda_subr.c coda_vfsops.c > > coda_vnops.c coda_vnops.h > > Log: > > Remove the RCS "Log" and all the verbiage it has generated. > > > > Revision Changes Path > > 1.6 +1 -112 src/sys/coda/cnode.h > > 1.5 +1 -70 src/sys/coda/coda_io.h > > 1.9 +1 -151 src/sys/coda/coda_namecache.c > > 1.5 +1 -92 src/sys/coda/coda_namecache.h > > 1.5 +1 -64 src/sys/coda/coda_pioctl.h > > 1.11 +1 -135 src/sys/coda/coda_psdev.c > > 1.10 +3 -177 src/sys/coda/coda_subr.c > > 1.16 +1 -219 src/sys/coda/coda_vfsops.c > > 1.16 +1 -230 src/sys/coda/coda_vnops.c > > 1.5 +1 -54 src/sys/coda/coda_vnops.h > > > > > > To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe cvs-all" in the body of the message
