>Description:

If the NLS option is turned off on mailman, the scripts still expect to find the templates present. Therefore, no one can use the option.

>How-To-Repeat:

cd /usr/ports/mail/mailman; make -DWITHOUT_NLS install
/usr/local/bin/addlist

>Fix:

The option should at least be marked broken.

I don't see any sign that the upstream makefiles ever supported a no-nls option, so possibly our ports framework option should just be removed.
