FreeBSD fnu.iranger.com 4.1.1-RELEASE FreeBSD 4.1.1-RELEASE #0: Tue Sep 26 00:46:59 GMT 2000 jkh@narf.osd.bsdi.com:/usr/src/sys/compile/GENERIC i386
>Description:
Booting up the latest 4.3-Stable release hangs when waiting for SCSI disks to settle. I have waited up to 15 minutes. Three finger salute doesn't work either. System has two SCSI adapters: 274X and 2944. Nothing is on the 2944 (tape device is off) and disk is on 274X.

I have reverted back to the 4.1.1 GENERIC kernel for now.
>How-To-Repeat:
Boot 4.3 stable on EISA/274X configuration.

ok boot
