It seems that when I changed from ISA SMC Ultra Elite to a
DEC PCI ethernet card, I took quite a hit in network performance?

Is there are tool or strategy I could use to measure the relative
performance of each card?

Also, I've noticed the CP (collision) indicator on my ST-500 Lanview
lighting up quite a bit lately.
