libpeas-1.0.so.0 should be part of the libpeas package (it is for me).  It's
not an old library.

Try 'sudo pkg check -v -B -x libpeas'.  Does it report the missing file?

Or just reinstall libpeas.

If this is confirmed as a local problem (e.g., somehow a file got deleted on
your system), mark this bug as closed and 'not a bug'.
