Synopsis: source mechanism of /etc/rc.conf* files State-Changed-From-To: open->closed State-Changed-By: dougb State-Changed-When: Sat Feb 3 21:52:26 PST 2001 State-Changed-Why: Yes, there was a good reason for this change. /etc/defaults/rc.conf is sourced from many different locations at many different times (not just at boot). It should be a pure configuration file. Responsible-Changed-From-To: freebsd-bugs->dougb Responsible-Changed-By: dougb Responsible-Changed-When: Sat Feb 3 21:52:26 PST 2001 Responsible-Changed-Why: sourc_rc_confs was my dirty deed. http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/query-pr.cgi?pr=22151 To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-bugs" in the body of the message
