  PR:	ports/9343
  Submitted by:	Issei Suzuki <issei@jp.freebsd.org>
  * Update distfiles. Old distiles have been unfechable now.
  * Remove ${FILES}/md5 in some port skeltons. It is needless by using
    ${MASTERDIR} variable.
