However I'm not talking about new docs, which have to respect the doc-primer "before the commit"; and when a .sgml file starts to be a mess after many commits, of course some "wraplines" are needed. With the word "mandatory", and now "useless", I wanted to say that it brings nothing to the reader, but that's just my opinion.
