Once again, we're getting a ton of "MEDIUM ERROR" messages on our scsi disk. Any clue why these start showing up and increasing and then the system dies every few months? The last time we re-installed fbsd, we did a full media scan on the drive with no errors, yet here we go again. Is there any utility in fbsd that will scan a drive and "lock" out bad sections?
