Inappropriate ioctl for device. CAMIOCOMMAND ioctl failed. Cannot open or use SCSI driver. This is the console command I am using that generates the above error msg/ cdrecord -v -eject /usr/FreeBSD-9.1-RC3-i386-diwsc1.iso When I was running 9.0 os the above command worked fine to write 9.1-RC1 to cd.
