WaveLAN/IEEE 802.11 cards are supported by the wi(4) driver. Support for
Aironet 4500 and 4800 series wireless network adapters under 3.0 can be
found at http://www.freebsd.org/~wpaul/Aironet/. The old non-IEEE WaveLAN
cards are supported by the wl(4) driver, but why bother.
