            Bug ID: 255746
           Summary: emulators/qemu-user-static: setrlimit(rlimit_stack):
                    Operation not permitted
           Product: Ports & Packages
           Version: Latest
          Hardware: amd64
                OS: Any
            Status: New
          Severity: Affects Some People
          Priority: ---
         Component: Individual Port(s)
          Assignee: emulation@FreeBSD.org
          Reporter: nkoch@demig.de
             Flags: maintainer-feedback?(emulation@FreeBSD.org)
          Assignee: emulation@FreeBSD.org

I have created an aarch64 jail on an amd64 server using
make installworld/make dustribution/binmiscctl.

When starting the jail 'sh /etc/rc' stops with EPERM when
calling 'limits -C daemon <command>' from rc.subr.

Same with sudo: 'setrlimit(rlimit_stack): Operation not permitted'

I did not find any setting for jail.conf that helped.
