The equivalents of I.430, Q.920/921 and Q.930/931 are available from
ETSI (http://www.etsi.org/) for free download (in a usable file format,
other than the ITU docs). At least in the case of the Q.930/Q.931
part you can't take the current version (ETS300403, IIRC) as it is
basically a diff against Q.931. But a slightly older version is
still available and complete.
