I think so.  The problem was recently observed by some other users,
and they think it is specific to N440BX boards.  I can't tell 
from your dmesg, but does your motherboard happen to use this chipset?

The workaround at this point is to disable SMP.  Unfortunately, I don't
have one of these boards here, so I can't test things out.
