Doh, you obviously haven't looked at the commit. That bug breaks
following line

	@${GREP} -Rl '^#!/bin/bash' ${WRKSRC} |${XARGS} ${REINPLACE_CMD} \
		-e 's,#!/bin/bash,#!${LOCALBASE}/bin/bash,g'

And I can easily reproduce it on /head@r210478.
