I am trying to configure ipaddress and route entries. so that i added below the entries in /etc/rc.conf file. vi /etc/rc.conf inetd_enable="YES" hostname="test.abc.com" ifconfig_fxp0="inet 192.168.110.14 netmask 255.255.255.0" defaultrouter="192.168.110.2" hostname="test.abc.com" static_routes="net1 net2" route_net1="-net 192.168.1.1/24 192.168.110.2" route_net2="-net 192.168.2.1/24 192.168.110.2" and then i restated the network services "netif restart" The below entries are listed in router table ... $ netstat -nr Routing tables Internet: Destination Gateway Flags Refs Use Netif Expire 127.0.0.1 127.0.0.1 UH 0 0 lo0 192.168.110 link#1 UC 0 0 fxp0 Problem :: Default router entries and net1 & net2 entries are not added in router table... Please advice me anything i want to configue more in rc.conf file.... I can able to add default router by executing " route add -net 0.0.0.0 192.168.110.2" Thanks, Senthilkumar.
