We roll our own.

We have one log file for each server, and they are brought to a
central location for splitting into per-virtual-host files, DNS
lookups, and bandwidth accounting. Fancy analysis is left to the
customers who are given full logs; we just get a weekly report of
bandwidth usage so that big users can be asked to pay more.
