The device given as a parameter to the "-r" option of isdnd does not exist.

The "-r" option can _only_ be used to redirect to an otherwise unused
device. This means it must not have any other session running on it
including any getty process. This option is most useful to redirect
the isdnd output to a virtual syscons/pcvt device which has a status
of "off" in /etc/ttys.
