The master site for ports/biology/seaview has changed.
This caused an unfetchable distfile.
Also the distfile is changed without a version number
bounce. The MD5 of the distfile has been updated accordingly.
There is no official version number for seaview, in this case
I don't see a reason to change the pkgname.
