The crashes occur in a two different places in the back traces which you posted - have you seen them crash in any other spots? For reference, we have several machine of a similar class (1GB Ram, Adaptec SCSI, ~1GHz processor) which run finds every night but don't crash, so I guess it is either something specific to some piece of hardware you have or to the access patterns which are causing these crashes.
