If someone adds a `mini' install option, it will look good, reducing FreeBSD's "Minimum Hardware Requirements" description. Just to upgrade though, it's not necessary to have enough RAM to run FreeBSD's floppy/CD installer (was 5M to install, 4M to boot when last I needed to check years ago). Instead, just copy new bins & kernel into parallel directories /4.6 /usr/4.6 & /var/4.6 (via PLIP, SLIP, ether, cdrom or floppy), then `cp /bin/mv /mv;/mv` old stuff out in this order /var, /usr, /, & reboot. Only for the experienced, get anything wrong & reboot can fail ! > MSN Photos is the easiest way to share and print your photos: > http://photos.msn.com/support/worldwide.aspx Microsoft merits no free advertising on this FreeBSD list.
