I run a Class C in one office server..

Let say if i bind a server daemon to 23456 eg: eggdrop

If i telnet or connect to it on my home dialup or outside
machines connect to my office server, it will be able to work

However when i DO it internally, like inside the box, i get timed out, any
idea why?

I have no firewall running.

[root@i-web starlink]# telnet 198.94.191.8 23456
Trying 198.94.191.8...
time out
