It's a simple mailman config option but I think it's an idiosyncrasy thing about open lists, blah, blah, blah. The easiest way is to ALWAYS HIT REPLY ALL, and the figure out who the mail is going to. IMHO it should ALWAYS be the list ONLY, but many list admins use it the way it's set-up here on the general questions list, why tf it beats me, but it's really annoying. I wish someone could clearly explain why the reply-to field should ONLY have the mailing-list address, or at least have as the default address and not the other way around as it is here!
