That one appears to be from back in August, however it should be better
than nothing.  On another note, I just built an up-to-date text version
for you.  You can get it gzipped from:

http://www.freebsd.org/~jim/handbook/handbook.txt.gz

or non-compressed from:

http://www.freebsd.org/~jim/handbook/handbook.txt
