This combination usually handles everything:

/usr/ports/www/flashpluginwrapper
/usr/ports/java/jdk13 or /usr/ports/java/jdk14
/usr/ports/www/mozilla
/usr/ports/www/plugger

Though plugger has some unnecessary gnome dependencies, it is easy.
The only missing pieces as far as I can tell are vrml.
