The new BX-based boards from Supermicro also use the 7895.
It seems to be catching on.  So, although it may not be
what people prefer, I guess we will have to live with it.

Why would the 7895/SCSI affect AGP?

Well, it has been a while now.  Any update on the status of how
well the 7895 code is working?  Is it kind-of/sort-of safe to use
now?  Several new and possibly attractive boards are using the 7895.
