Yes you can. 
Booteasy (like lilo in linux) manage switching between OS. 
If you install FreeBSD after NT/95, you don't have to do other things.
But if you install NT/95 after installation of FreeBSD, NT/95 removes
Booteasy, so you have to install it again.
