Sure.  You must have some totally unallocated space on your drive to allow
this, or shrink & recreate your NTFS partition.  FreeBSD could care less
otherwise.  If FreeBSD and NT are on the same disk see the FAQ for how
to setup the NT bootmanager.

If you have unallocated space, though, simply (C)reate a new partition in
sysinstall and allocate that space to FreeBSD.
