Ah, yes, I see what's wrong now.

1) the patch I posted is still required for proper operation.

2) linux_ioctl_socket() should skip the translation bit if
   (args->cmd & 0xffff) == LINUX_SIOCGIFADDR or LINUX_SIOCSIFADDR, and
   td->td_proc->p_fd->fd_ofiles[args->fd]->type != DTYPE_SOCKET

I'll have a patch ready later tonight.
