Thanks for the tip Michael. I started some dialog with him, but it
looks like were working on different things as I'm not using IPFW
divert. Perhaps there's a better place to ask this question? I'm 90%
sure my problem lies in a odd bug or my own misunderstanding with
IPFW/Dummynet.
