Now that you mention it I can hesitated while I contemplated a
reply to the commit that changed those to interactive and then
hit the d key :-).

Now that I've had a night to sleep on it is what would be slick
is if these could be tuned via yet another ppp command.  Something
like ``set port 80 interactive''.  Thus the user could easily
override the compiled in defaults.
