I don't know if this works but assuming you have the linux  
compatibility layer running

% chroot /compat/linux/  /bin/bash
% gcc

That should use the linux gcc

You may not need to do the chroot first.  Just run a linux shell

so

% /compat/linux/bin/bash
bash-2.0x# gcc

may also get you there

I've done similar things before
