Can FreeBSD use DOS file as SWAP space? I have tested a little FreeBSD 2.0.5 diskless and it seems very nice! Only problem I see at his moment is the swap over network. It is too slow and makes too heavy load to the the "swap server" . The local disk should be used for swap. Usually I cannot install FreeBSD swap partition to the lab or personal DOS PCs, because the disks are full and the "DOS people" do not allow me to do that.
